I see a custom item that you’ve already done that I want. Can it be replicated?​​​Yes, as long as it is not designed merchandise for another customer. However, all replicated commissions are subject to vary due to being handmade.​

Do you accept deposits? Unfortunately, we only accept full payment when placing an order. ​

Am I able to pick up my order if I’m located richmond? I do not offer local pickups unless it is a rush order (order placed less than 7 days in advance). There is only 1 authorized pick up location, that location will be sent to you when your order confirmation is sent to your email provided when ordering.

What if I want a particular image on my customization? Email clear resolution image to jazzitupcustoms@gmail.com with details of your order number.

 

How long will it take if I order?

Most Orders have a 7-14 business day turnaround time AFTER payment is received. (Please reach out via jazzitupcustoms@gmail.com or instagram for rush order, Less than 7 days in advance.

Shipping & Return

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped upon payment clearance. All products are shipped through USPS first class which will always include a tracking number. At this time, JazzitUp Customs only ships within the United States. 

 

Please be aware that once your order is delivered to the post office, JazzitUp Customs is no longer responsible or in control of the package. I am not liable for mistakes made by your local post office. If you face issues, please file a dispute/complaint with the postal service.

If an item arrives at its destination broken or damaged I will accept returns (I will need photo proof). I will either refund your money back or recreate the item for you. Please note depending on the design I will do my best to replicate the design but due to being handmade there are no guarantees. 


I don’t accept cancellations. Please make sure you are satisfied with the item you’re purchasing. If you are in desperate need of cancellation please contact me via email at jazzitupcustoms@gmail.com. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
